Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

• Add your desired products to the cart and proceed to checkout.

• You can complete your purchase as a guest or by creating an account to easily track your orders and returns.

Which payment methods are accepted?
  • We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
When will I be charged?
  • Your selected payment method will be authorized and charged once the checkout process is successfully completed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

Before shipping (before 4:00 PM, weekdays): Contact us immediately to request any changes.

After shipping: We will attempt to recall the shipment and, where possible, cancel and refund your order in accordance with our Refund Policy. No additional costs will apply.

Do you offer exchanges?
  • We do not process exchanges. Please return the original product and place a new order.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?
  • We currently ship from our warehouse in Düzce, Türkiye, to all locations within the United Arab Emirates.
Which carriers are used?
  • All orders are shipped via Aramex.
What are your shipping rates?
  • All orders include free shipping, regardless of order value.
When will my order ship and arrive?

Handling time: 1–3 business days.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GST) are processed on the next business day.

Shipping time: 2–4 business days.

Delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number?


Yes. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact us.

If the carrier confirms delivery, the order is considered complete and non-refundable.

If the carrier cannot verify delivery, we will issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original sealed packaging.
  • Please request a prepaid return label before sending any items back.
How can I start a return?


• If you have an account, log in at account.clovaria.com, locate your order, and select “Start a Return.”

• If you checked out as a guest, email support@clovaria.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label, and return shipping is free of charge.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
  • After we receive your return, the inspection will be completed within 3 business days, and the refund will be issued within 10 business days thereafter, in line with our Refund & Return Policy. Your bank may require additional time to post the funds. No restocking fees apply.
Do you offer exchanges?
  • We do not process exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order.

Products & Authenticity

Are you the manufacturer?
  • No. Clovaria is an independent retailer that sources its products exclusively from verified wholesalers and authorized suppliers.
Are your products authentic?
  • Yes. We work exclusively with verified partners to guarantee product authenticity. If you have any concerns, please contact support@clovaria.com.

Do you sell perfumes, aerosols, or hazardous materials?
  • We do not sell perfumes, aerosols, or hazardous materials at this time.

Taxes, Invoices & Pricing

Do you charge sales tax?
  • Yes.

VAT is automatically calculated at checkout according to your shipping address, in line with applicable UAE tax regulations.

Can I get a copy of my invoice?
  • Your order confirmation email contains your complete invoice details. If you need an additional copy, please contact us at support@clovaria.com

Do I need to create an account to order?
  • No. You can complete your purchase as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and manage returns.
