Shipping policy

1) Where we ship
United States: We deliver to all addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories.
United Arab Emirates: We deliver to all addresses within the United Arab Emirates.
United Kingdom: We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, subject to carrier coverage and address validation.
Shipping origin: Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse at Burhaniye Mah. Necmettin Tayhan Sok. No 4 / A, Merkez, Düzce, Türkiye.
Duties and taxes (DDP): We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP); under normal circumstances, no additional duties or taxes are requested at delivery. The total amount you pay at checkout includes applicable duties, taxes, and (for UK orders) UK VAT at 20%. If a carrier requests additional payment, please contact our support team before paying.
2) Carrier
All shipments are handled by FedEx. In rare cases, we may split an order into multiple parcels; if that happens, we will provide separate tracking numbers.
3) Shipping rates
United States: Orders below $100 USD are subject to a flat shipping fee of $5.90 USD. Orders of $100 USD or more qualify for free shipping.
United Arab Emirates: Orders below 360 AED are subject to a flat shipping fee of 20 AED. Orders of 360 AED or more qualify for free shipping.
United Kingdom: Orders below £80 GBP are subject to a flat shipping fee of £4.90 GBP. Orders of £80 GBP or more qualify for free shipping. All UK prices include VAT at 20%.
4) Processing time and cut-off
Handling time: 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday (local public holidays excluded).
Daily cut-off time: 4:00 PM local time in your destination country. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
- United States: 4:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time, GMT-6 / GMT-5 during DST)
- United Kingdom: 4:00 PM GMT / BST (UK Time)
- United Arab Emirates: 4:00 PM GST (Gulf Standard Time, GMT+4)
5) Delivery estimates
Average preparation time (handling): 1–3 business days for all destinations.
Transit and total delivery window by destination:
- United Kingdom: Transit 2–4 business days · Total delivery window 3–7 business days
- United States: Transit 2–4 business days · Total delivery window 3–7 business days
- United Arab Emirates: Transit 1–3 business days · Total delivery window 2–6 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak periods.
6) Tracking
We will email your tracking number once your parcel is handed over to FedEx. You can follow the shipment status on the FedEx website.
7) Signature on delivery
Not required by default. If you prefer signature confirmation, contact us after placing your order by email or phone and we will add it at no extra cost.
8) Address corrections and undeliverable parcels
Before shipment: If your order has not shipped, contact us and we will correct the address and proceed.
After shipment: If your order has already shipped, we will request an interception or recall the parcel to our facility, cancel the order, and refund according to our Return & Refund Policy. No extra fee will be charged by us.
Parcels that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses follow the same intercept, cancel, and refund process as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
9) Delays, stalled tracking, or lost packages
If your tracking appears stalled or your delivery is overdue, please email your order number to support@clovaria.com. We will contact FedEx and open an investigation.
If FedEx cannot substantiate delivery to your address, we will arrange a refund or reshipment in line with our Return & Refund Policy. If delivery is substantiated, the order is considered delivered and a refund will not be issued.
10) What we ship (no hazmat items)
We do not sell hazardous or restricted items, for example aerosols, alcohol-based perfumes, or nail polish. No special ground-only restrictions apply at this time.
11) Returns and refunds (summary)
UK customers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). In addition, we offer a voluntary 14-day return window via a free prepaid return label across all our markets (UK, US, UAE). Faulty or non-conforming goods are covered by additional statutory rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015 for UK customers). Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Full order returns for eligible items: the full order amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
Partial returns: Only the amount of the returned item will be refunded to your original payment method.
Return label: Return labels are always free, including partial returns.
12) Order changes and cancellations
Before shipment, prior to daily cut-off on business days: Contact us to update details or cancel.
After shipment: We will request an interception, recall, and cancel or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, with no extra charge to you.
13) Business days and holidays
Timelines apply to business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US Federal holidays.
