Shop and check out as normal. Every order is automatically eligible — there's nothing to activate.
Earn 10% store credit
10% of the amount you pay for products — excluding shipping fees and taxes — is set aside as store credit.
Redeem at checkout
Your credit is applied to a future order at checkout, in the same currency you paid in.
When does my credit arrive?
Your store credit is added to your account 14 days after your order date. If an order is later cancelled or returned, the related credit is adjusted as set out in the terms below.
Using your credit
Sign in to your Clovaria account. Store credit is linked to your account. Create an account (or sign in) with the same email used on your order so your credit shows in your balance.
Apply it at checkout. When signed in, your available credit can be applied to your order total at checkout, in your local checkout currency.
Terms & conditions
No conditions are required to earn credit. 10% of the amount you pay for products — excluding shipping fees and taxes — is credited to your account.
Credit expires at the end of the calendar year in which it was earned. Any unused balance is removed after December 31.
If an order is cancelled or fully returned, the related store credit is removed from your account.
For partial returns, credit equal to 10% of the returned product amount is removed from your account.
Store credit can only be used on clovaria.com. It is not redeemable for cash and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
