Overview
Welcome to Clovaria. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Clovaria, a brand operated by LECOSSI L.L.C-FZ ("LECOSSI", United Arab Emirates), which operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services").
For eligible transactions, payments may be processed via Shopify Payments on behalf of STATU GLOBAL LTD ("STATU", United Kingdom) as the Merchant of Record. Your card or bank statement may display "STATU GLOBAL LTD" and/or "CLOVARIA". The merchant responsible for your specific transaction is the entity identified at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Clovaria is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
Section 1 — Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.
You may be asked for information (email, billing, payment, or shipping details). You warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you have the rights to provide it.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
Section 2 — Our Products
We aim to present products clearly; colors or appearance may vary by device or settings. We do not warrant that any product's appearance or quality will meet your expectations or exactly match on-screen depictions.
Descriptions and availability may change at any time; we may discontinue items or limit quantities by person, region, or jurisdiction.
No medical claims. We are an independent retailer (not a manufacturer). Information provided is not medical advice. Always follow the manufacturer's directions and consider a patch test where appropriate.
Section 3 — Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order in our discretion. Payment must be received and processed before acceptance. If we decline or cancel, we will try to notify you using your checkout contact details.
Purchases are subject to returns under our Return & Refund Policy (we do not offer exchanges).
Fraud & risk screening: If flagged as high-risk, we may request verification or cancel and refund if we cannot verify.
You represent purchases are for personal or household use, not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 — Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price at the time of order and appears in your confirmation email. For UK orders, displayed prices include VAT at the applicable rate (Price Marking Order 2004). For non-UK orders, prices and applicable taxes/duties are displayed at checkout before you pay.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information and to update it as needed. You represent that:
(i) Payment details are true and complete,
(ii) You are authorized to use them,
(iii) Charges will be honored, and
(iv) You will pay all charges at posted prices, including applicable taxes and shipping.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
We ship as described in our Shipping Policy (service areas, cut-off times, estimates, optional signature at no extra cost, tracking).
Delivery times are estimates (not guarantees). We are not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our control.
Risk of loss; unsubstantiated delivery exception: Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk pass to you; however, if the carrier cannot substantiate delivery to your address, we will refund or reship per our Return & Refund Policy. If the carrier can substantiate delivery, the order is considered delivered.
Address corrections and undeliverable parcels follow our Shipping and Return & Refund Policies (recall → cancel → refund; no extra charge).
Section 6 — Intellectual Property
The Services and all content therein are owned by Clovaria, its affiliates, or licensors and protected by law. These Terms permit personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit materials without prior written consent, except as allowed by law.
Clovaria names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of LECOSSI L.L.C-FZ or its licensors. Shopify's marks belong to Shopify. Other names or logos are the property of their respective owners.
Section 7 — Optional Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties. Your use is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms. New features may be offered and are subject to these Terms.
Section 8 — Third-Party Links
Third-party materials or links may appear. Accessing third-party sites or services is at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party content or transactions. Review third-party terms and policies carefully.
Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify and Payment Processing
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Sales and purchases are made directly with Clovaria; the merchant of record for your specific transaction is the entity identified at checkout and in your order confirmation. Shopify is not a party to your transactions and is not responsible for our products or Services. Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
For eligible transactions, payments are processed via Shopify Payments on behalf of STATU GLOBAL LTD (UK) as the Merchant of Record. Your card or bank statement may display "STATU GLOBAL LTD" and/or "CLOVARIA".
Section 10 — Privacy Policy
Personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain information about your access or use may be collected and processed by Shopify; see Shopify's privacy policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge you have reviewed these policies.
Section 11 — Feedback (Reviews, Suggestions)
If you submit ideas, reviews, or suggestions ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback for any purpose. You represent you own or have rights to the Feedback and that it complies with law and these Terms. We may moderate or remove unlawful or objectionable Feedback. Do not misrepresent your identity or provide misleading information. You are solely responsible for your Feedback.
Section 12 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Information (descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, availability) may contain errors. We may correct, update, or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, at any time and without notice (including after submission). In obvious errors, we may cancel or adjust per these Terms. We aim to comply with the UK ASA / CAP Code on misleading advertising, savings claims, and urgency claims for our UK-facing communications.
Section 13 — Prohibited Uses
Use the Services lawfully. You agree not to: violate laws; infringe intellectual property; harass, abuse, or defame; transmit false or misleading content; upload non-compliant content, malware, or spam; impersonate others; scrape or exploit the Services; unlawfully collect personal data; or circumvent security measures. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Section 14 — Termination
We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Services at any time in our discretion. You remain liable for amounts due up to and including the termination date. Provisions intended to survive shall continue to apply.
Section 15 — Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free use. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; to the extent prohibited, such disclaimers may not apply. Nothing in this Section limits your statutory rights as a consumer (including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where applicable).
Section 16 — Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLOVARIA, LECOSSI L.L.C-FZ, STATU GLOBAL LTD OR THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA LOSS, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS), WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Section 17 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clovaria, LECOSSI L.L.C-FZ, STATU GLOBAL LTD and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from losses or claims (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or misuse of the Services. We may control the defense and settlement; you agree to cooperate.
Section 18 — Severability
If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and severed without affecting the remainder.
Section 19 — Waiver; Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with site policies (Privacy, Shipping, Return & Refund), constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior communications.
Section 20 — Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; any attempt is void. We may assign or delegate without notice.
Section 21 — Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
The merchant responsible for your transaction (as identified at checkout and in your order confirmation) determines the applicable law:
- For transactions where STATU GLOBAL LTD is the Merchant of Record (typical for UK, US, and other markets where Shopify Payments is enabled), these Terms and any dispute shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom (Scotland), except as provided below for US consumers.
- For transactions where LECOSSI L.L.C-FZ is the merchant (e.g., legacy or non-Shopify-Payments transactions), these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Arbitration (US consumers; where permitted): To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes between US consumers and us may be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may: (i) bring an individual action in small claims court, and/or (ii) seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or prevent unauthorized access or abuse. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing support@clovaria.com with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and including your name and order number.
Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights under applicable law (including, where you reside in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
Section 22 — Headings
Headings are for convenience only and do not limit these Terms.
Section 23 — Changes to Terms of Service
You can review the current version on this page. We may update, change, or replace parts of these Terms by posting here. We will notify you of material changes as required by law; changes take effect on the date specified. Your continued use after effectiveness constitutes acceptance.
Section 24 — Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (acts of God, disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, utility or internet outages, or carrier disruptions). Performance is excused during such events.
Section 25 — Electronic Communications
You consent to receive communications electronically (e.g., order status, returns, policy updates). Electronic notices satisfy legal "in writing" requirements.

Section 25 — Store Credit / Rewards Program (Clovaria Rewards)
We operate a voluntary store credit rewards program. The following terms apply:
- No conditions are required to earn store credit. Store credit equal to 10% of the amount you pay for products — excluding shipping fees and taxes — is credited to your account.
- Store credit is added to your account approximately 14 days after your order date.
- Store credit is held and redeemable in the currency associated with your market at the time it is earned, and can be applied at checkout when you are signed in to your Clovaria account.
- Store credit expires at the end of the calendar year in which it was earned. Any unused balance is removed after December 31.
- If an order is cancelled or fully returned, the related store credit is removed from your account. For partial returns, store credit equal to 10% of the returned product amount is removed.
- Store credit can only be used on clovaria.com. It is not redeemable for cash and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
- We may modify or discontinue the program at any time; changes will be posted on this page and on our rewards information page.
