Application

Begin by removing any makeup and cleansing the eye area thoroughly with RefectoCil Eye Makeup Remover. It's crucial that eyelashes and eyebrows are clean and free of oils for the best color outcome.

To protect the skin, use RefectoCil Under Eye Protective Pads to prevent any dye from staining. In a mixing bowl, combine 2cm of dye with 10 drops of RefectoCil Cream Oxidant using a mixing stick.

For Eyebrow Coloring

Apply the mixture from the roots of the eyebrows to the tips. This lightening formula can achieve a one-tone lift in just 5 minutes. Depending on how light you wish your eyebrows to be, you can leave the mixture on for up to 20 minutes.

For example, if you desire a two-tone lightening, a 10-minute application would be ideal; for three tones, a 15-minute application is recommended. Once the time is complete, gently wipe away any excess dye with a dry cotton ball.
