Mixing Instructions

In a non-metal container, combine 35g (1 part) of IGORA Vario Blond Extra Power non-dusting lightener with 70ml (1:2) of IGORA Colorist's Color & Care Developer at 3%, 6%, or a maximum of 9%, based on your desired level of lightening. Mix until you achieve a creamy consistency.

First-Time Application on Natural Hair

For first-time applications, start by applying the mixture to the lengths and ends of the hair, keeping 1-2cm away from the scalp. Allow the hair to lighten for about 10 minutes, which may result in a lightening of 2-3 shades. Then, without touching the scalp, carefully apply the mixture to the roots.

Dip Coloring Technique

When using a maximum of 6% developer, apply the lightener directly to the scalp, avoiding contact with the skin. It can also be applied over previously lightened areas for a more uniform look.

Processing Time

The application time ranges from 20 to 45 minutes, depending on hair texture, the developer strength utilized, and the desired outcome. It is advisable to check the hair every 5 minutes during processing. Avoid using heat sources or steamers to accelerate the process. Once the desired lightening is achieved, rinse the hair thoroughly with warm water, followed by shampoo and conditioner. Apply the mixture evenly to unwashed dry hair in thin sections, starting from the nape of the neck for the best results.
